What is a Scrum?
- Scrum is an agile software development method for project management.
- Non-Fancy way of saying this: Scrumming, which is a term often used in rugby, is actually a term for a close-knit team of project developers that work closely together in order to increase productivity. Here is an example of this: which is easier to develop with?
- A large team of about 50 members, all of which perform a single task each
- ...or, a team of about 5 members, all of which work closely together in a "development community"
If you think closely, the choice is obvious. It is a lot easier to get 5 people together and agree on something than it is to get 50 people together.
